Instead of 5 cups all purpose flour, this time I used:-3 cups bread flour-1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (that I wanted to use up)-1/4 cup almond flour (that I wanted to use up)Next time, I would use slightly more yeast because this was a very heavy dough that took a long time to rise.Rita
